Always free shipping in the continental States

All our items ship absolutely free in the continental United States via Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. That can save you anywhere from $5 to $45 per order!

Items in the same order may ship separately from different sites. Depending on where your items ship from, processing can take from 2 to 5 days.

Flat rates for shipping outside the continental States

We offer low, flat shipping rates for different parts of the world. Please be sure to select your location during the checkout process to ensure you're charged the correct amount. 

Items we can ship are tube-wrapped artwork, most jewelry, trinket boxes, Kerri Mack laptop bags, and small items for girls.

All orders outside the continental States ship via USPS Priority Mail. Buyer assumes all responsibility for customs charges.

Satisfaction assured  

If you're not satisfied, neither are we. So rest assured that any item you purchase may be returned within 21 days of receipt. 

Each item in your order needs a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) before it can be sent back. So first, you'll need to send us an email requesting your RMA. Also, please include your reason for the return and whether you want a replacement or refund. Our response will tell you where to ship the item. Send your email to service@sheshopssavvy.com.

If possible, please use the same packaging the item was shipped in and include the packing slip. 

Shipping charges are not refundable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of nondefective items.

Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to show on your account. Your patience is appreciated.
